Siip is a drinkware brand developed in-house at Captivate Brands, designed to bring together our full range of mugs, travel mugs, and cafetières under one identity. The collections focused on trend-led patterns and seasonal colour palettes, using a variety of surface finishes such as printed decals, reactive glazes, and embossed textures to add depth and tactile appeal.
I was involved from the very beginning of the brand’s creation and led the design work across identity, packaging, and production handoff.

Logo Development
As the lead designer, I was tasked with creating the Siip logo and establishing the visual identity of the brand. The goal was to design a mark that felt fresh, approachable, and flexible enough to work across a wide range of product shapes and packaging formats.
The development process included multiple rounds of refinement, exploring type, scale, and alignment to ensure a balanced and ownable design. This section showcases key stages of the logo's evolution, from early concepts to final lockup.

To ensure the packaging remained cost-effective—especially for lower-priced items—I created a series of sticker-based packaging concepts. These were designed to provide strong brand visibility without the need for complex or expensive packaging components.

Factory Brief Example
Once packaging designs were finalised, I produced detailed briefing documents for the manufacturers. These sheets outlined precise sticker placement, size specifications, and visual references to ensure production accuracy.
This section includes a real example of a factory brief created for one of the mug stickers, showing how I translated design concepts into clear, actionable production instructions.
